Admissions for Class XI

ADMISSION TO CLASS XI FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-27

You may register for admission from 1st November to 7th November, 2025.

Last date for receipt of completed registration forms is 8th November, 2025 (2:00 pm).

Dropbox for submitting the completed form shall be available at the school gate from 1st November and 3rd to 8th November between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm; Sunday 2nd November is a holiday.

Registration, however, does not guarantee admission, as class sizes are limited.

The registration form consists of two parts:

Part I - (to be filled in by parents)

Part II – (to be filled in by the student)

Please read the Additional Information for Class XI carefully before filling the form.

Documents to be submitted along with the registration form:

Copy of Marks statement - Class IX Final Exams and CLASS X 1st Semester Exam

Written Essay (brief is given on page 5 of the registration form)

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS XI :

Only those candidates whose Class X results are declared before 31st August of the academic year may apply.

Tentative dates for interviews are as follows:

Interviews – 1st week of December 2025

Please make necessary arrangements to be present on the date of the interview. It shall not be possible to change the date. 

The Registration Form can be downloaded and completed between 1st November to 7th November, 2025.

DOWNLOAD CLASS XI REGISTRATION FORM

Registration Costs: Please send a Demand Draft for Rs 500/- in favour of “The School – KFI” and payable at Chennai towards registration costs, along with printed copy of the registration form.  Please mention the child’s name and class applied for at the back of the demand draft.

We will acknowledge the receipt of the registration form and demand draft towards the registration costs, and allocate the registration number.

All correspondence will be done by email as far as possible.

The Registration Forms shall be available only online on the school website. They will not be issued at the school office.
