Essential Information


The School is affiliated to Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations at New Delhi and the students appear for the ICSE and ISC in Classes 10 and 12 respectively.

The School KFI is a day boarding school of 400 students and staff with the following school hours:
Class I to IV : 8.20 am to 02.45 pm
Class V to XII : 8.20 am to 04.00 pm

The school has a five-day week for students up to class X and a five and a half day week for Clas-ses XI and XII The school has three terms running from mid-June to mid-April. There are two breaks of nine days each in September/October and December.

The school kitchen and dining hall are an essential part of the school and all students and staff eat together a simple balanced lunch. In addition, there are two breaks, one is in the forenoon for fruit and one at the end of the day for snacks and juice.

There is no school uniform. Students are expected to dress appropriately for the school. Parents are required to take care to ensure appropriateness.
