Participant in The Run 2016

Hello, thanks for visiting this page. My name is Vipul Sekhsaria and I am a parent to a child studying in Class II at The School, Krishnamurti Foundation India, Chennai.

This is my first attempt to endurance running, for the cause of 'The School's relocation fund'. The school has to move out of its current premises that it has occupied for over 3 decades as its lease has ended.

The School believes that knowledge and intellectual capability alone are not sufficient to meet life's challenges, emphasizing rather on learning to enquire, to observe, to relate with other people and the earth and The School's naturally endowed campus has always played an important part.

Since inception, the school has never believed in the concept of capitation fee. Even now, it has already bought a piece of land and the first phase of construction is part funded by the school and parents' voluntary contribution. To continue with its fundraising efforts, parents and teachers have come together to participate in this marathon. If you identify with the cause, please come forward to contribute. It's not the amount but the gesture that will matter.
