ADMISSIONS - PROCEDURE

Class XI

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

• Registration forms are available :
  • On the website from 25th January to 27th February, 2010.
• At school from 18th – 27th February, 2010.
• Last date for submission of form : 27th February, 2010 (4.00 pm)
• The registration form consists of two parts :
  • Part  I - (to be filled in by parents)
  • Part II – (to be filled in by the student)
• Please read the Additional Information for Class XI carefully before filling the form.  
• Registration Fees : Please send a Demand Draft for Rs 300/- in favour of “The Chennai Education Centre - KFI” and payable at Chennai towards registration fees, alongwith the registration form.  Please mention the child's name and class applied for at the back of the demand draft.
• We will acknowledge by email the receipt of the registration form for your child and allocate the registration number after receipt of the demand draft towards the registration fees.
• All correspondence will be done by email as far as possible.
• Please note : Eligibility for admission to Class XI
  Only those candidates whose Class X results are declared before 31st August of the academic year may apply.

Tentative dates for written tests and interviews are as follows:-

• Written tests               - 3rd April  
• Interviews                   - 1st to 10th April

Please make necessary arrangements to be present on the date of the interview. It shall not be possible to change the date.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the form (can be downloaded free of cost). The printed copy of the Registration Form should be sent to the school along with registration fees (details are given in the registration form). The registration form will be processed only after the receipt of fees.

Withdrawals

Normally we do not expect children to be withdrawn during the academic session, June to April. However, should it be necessary to withdraw a child, parents are expected to give suitable notice. Full fees for the academic year will be payable.
